Nicole Berg is our principal solicitor. She has been practicing exclusively in family law for more than 20 years.
Nicole holds a Masters in Laws from Q.U.T and has been a Qld Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialist for more than 15 years. In addition, Nicole has undertaken education on family law topics all over the world, and has specifically trained in collaborative practice.
She is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, the Qld Law Society and the Qld Family Law Practitioner’s Association.
More than anything, Nicole finds that being a mother herself lends her an empathy and ability to connect with her clients. Nicole personally attends to each and every client and matter – you won’t be handed off to a junior staff member after signing on as a client – Nicole will personally be with you every step of the way.
