Collaborative Practice

Divorce

If reaching an agreement without going to court and without a drawn out, expensive ‘battle’ between lawyers is important to you, then Collaborative Law may be the pathway for you.

Separating couples have a choice to have a separation with dignity and can commit to not going to court.   This process is known as Collaborative Practice.  Many lawyers – including Nicole – now prefer to practice this way as it results in better outcomes for clients and a greater likelihood of them having a better relationship in the future.

Watch our informative video on this innovative practice of family law, and then have a read of the information brochure (links for both are below).

After you have done that give Nicole a call or click on the ‘Get Started Online’ button below to have a discussion about how we can resolve your matter respectfully and with dignity.
